A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of an Over-the-Rhine teenager. Sixteen-year-old Thomas Bell was shot and killed on Sept. 26, 2025. Police responded to the shooting at the 16 block of Walnut Street. Bell was transported to UC Medical Center by Cincinnati Fire personnel. Bell died as a result of the gunshot wound.
At the end of September, 18-year-old Davon Marcum was arrested and charged with murder. On Thursday, Cincinnati police arrested a 17-year-old who has been charged with murder and felonious assault.
