ABOUT THE CRIME – ARMED ROBBERY-HANDGUN
This alert gives notice of recent armed robberies with a handgun in the Portage Park and Logan Square neighborhoods of the 016th and 025th Districts.
In each of these incidents, the offender enters the store, approaches the counter pointing a handgun, and demands cash from the register.

3500 block of North Central Ave on May 14, 2026 at 8:30 PM (Portage Park)
•
3000 block of North Pulaski Ave on May 14, 2026 at 8:45 PM (Logan Square)
•
3000 block of North Pulaski Ave on May 14, 2026 at 8:50 PM (Logan Square)
OFFENDER DESCRIPTION
Male, African-American, wearing navy blue hoodie, red & blue face mask, blue jeans with bedazzled pockets, black & white gym shoes armed with a black handgun
WHAT YOU CAN DO
•
Remember any unique physical characteristics (scars, limp, acne, teeth, etc…)
•
Never pursue a fleeing assailant, provide the information to the police
•
Never resist a robbery. Value your life over any and all property.
•
If approached by a witness to the incident, request contact information
•
Dial 9-1-1 immediately and remain on scene when possible
•
Do not touch anything until police arrive.

ACERCA DE EL DELITO – ARMADO ROBO CON ARMA DE FUEGO
Este alerta da aviso de reciente armado robos con a pistola en el Los barrios de Portage Park y Logan Square, pertenecientes a los distritos 016 y 025.
En cada En uno de estos incidentes, el delincuente entra en la tienda, se acerca al mostrador apuntando con una pistola y exige el dinero de la caja registradora.

DELINCUENTE DESCRIPCIÓN
Masculino, Afroamericano, con sudadera azul marino, mascarilla roja y azul, vaqueros azules con bolsillos adornados con lentejuelas, zapatillas deportivas blancas y negras y armado con una pistola negra.
QUÉ TÚ PODER HACER
•
Recordar cualquier único físico características (cicatrices, cojear, acné, dientes, etc…)
•
Nunca buscar a huyendo agresor, proporcionar el información a el policía
•
Nunca resistir a robo. Valor su vida encima cualquier y todo propiedad.

Si se acercó por a testigo a el incidente, pedido contacto información
•
Marcar 9-1-1 inmediatamente y permanecer en escena cuando sea posible
•
Hacer no tocar cualquier cosa hasta Llega la policía .
