ABOUT THE CRIME-TRAFFIC CRASH SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY HIT AND RUN
This alert gives notice of a recent traffic crash hit-and-run with serious injury. This traffic crash occurred at the intersection of Franklin Blvd and Kedzie Ave. in East Garfield Park neighborhood, located within the 12th (Near West) District.
In the incident below, a pedestrian was walking in the crosswalk at Franklin Blvd and was struck by a 2013 – 2018 Maroon Ford Fusion. After striking the pedestrian, the vehicle fled eastbound on Franklin Blvd. toward Sacramento Blvd.

ACERCA DEL DELITO: ACCIDENTE DE TRÁFICO CON LESIONES PERSONALES GRAVES Y FUGA
Esta alerta notifica sobre un reciente accidente de tráfico con fuga (atropello con fuga) que resultó en lesiones graves. Este accidente ocurrió en la intersección de Franklin Blvd. y Kedzie Ave., en el vecindario de East Garfield Park, ubicado dentro del Distrito 12 (Near West).
En el incidente que se detalla a continuación, un peatón caminaba por el paso de peatones en Franklin Blvd. cuando fue atropellado por un vehículo Ford Fusion de color granate, modelo entre 2013 y 2018. Tras atropellar al peatón, el vehículo huyó en dirección este por Franklin Blvd., hacia Sacramento Blvd.
