                                Highland Park, Illinois

Charges:       One (1) felony count – Aggravated Battery/Discharge Firearm

                       One (1) felony count – Aggravated Discharge Firearm – Occupied BLDG

                       One (1) felony count – AGG UPW/Person/Loaded/No FOID

Court:           Detention Hearing – 2600 S. California – May 16, 2026

   

Narrative:     The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department on May 14, 2026, at 4:02 p.m., in the 7300 block of N. Paulina St. He was identified as the offender who, less than 30 minutes earlier, shot and injured a 39-year-old male victim in the 7500 block of N. Paulina St. (24th District). The offender was placed into custody and subsequently charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
