Narrative:     The above offender was arrested on May 19, 2026, at approximately 5:52 p.m., in the 2400 block of W. Grand Ave. He was identified as the offender who on May 16, 2026 at approximately 2:04 p.m., shot and seriously injured a 55-year-old male victim during the commission of an armed robbery in the 3500 block of W. Van Buren St (11th District). He was placed into custody and charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
