Offender Charged with Criminal Sexual Abuse,
Aggravated Battery & Unlawful Restraint of 35-Year-Old Female

Narrative: The above offender was arrested by members of the Chicago Police Department on May 21, 2026, at approximately 7:19 p.m., in the 1900 block of West Roosevelt Rd. He was identified as the offender who, approximately a half-hour earlier on a bus, sexually abused and unlawfully restrained a 35-year-old female victim in the 1700 block of West Roosevelt Rd. (12th District). The offender fled the scene with the victim but was located a short time later and placed into custody. Offender was charged accordingly following an investigation by Area Three Detectives. No additional information is available at this time.
