ABOUT THE CRIME – Aggravated Battery
Mass Transit Detectives are seeking to identify the pictured subject in relation to an aggravated battery to two (2) victims on a CTA bus. The subject struck victim #1 with a closed fist about the face on board the bus. When victim #2 intervened, the pictured subject struck victim #2 with a closed fist about the face as well on board the bus. The pictured subject then exited the bus and fled on foot.
INCIDENT DATE AND LOCATION
3300 block of west Belmont Ave, on May 18, 2026 at approximately 11:44 a.m. (Logan Square)
OFFENDER DESCRIPTION
Male, African American, and approximately 25-35 yrs of age, 5’7-5’9, 170-180 lbs, black facial hair, black hat with “Chicago Bulls” insignia, black tank top, black pants, black boots, yellow reflective vest, light colored backpack.

SOBRE EL DELITO – Agresión con agravantes
Detectives de Transporte Público buscan identificar al sujeto que aparece en la fotografía en relación con una agresión con agravantes a dos víctimas en un autobús de la CTA. El sujeto golpeó a la víctima n.° 1 con el puño cerrado en la cara dentro del autobús. Cuando la víctima n.° 2 intervino, el sujeto también la golpeó con el puño cerrado en la cara dentro del autobús. Posteriormente, el sujeto salió del autobús y huyó a pie.
FECHA Y LUGAR DEL INCIDENTE
Bloque 3300 de West Belmont Ave, el 18 de mayo de 2026 aproximadamente a las 11:44 a. m. (Logan Square)
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL DELINCUENTE
Hombre afroamericano, de aproximadamente 25 a 35 años de edad, 1,70-1,75 m de estatura, 77-82 kg de peso , barba negra, gorra negra con el emblema de los “Chicago Bulls”, camiseta sin mangas negra, pantalones negros, botas negras, chaleco reflectante amarillo, mochila de color claro.
