ABOUT THE CRIME – BURGLARIES
This alert gives notice of recent burglary incidents in the Parkway Gardens neighborhood, within the 003rd (Grand Crossing) District.
In the incidents below, two unknown offenders entered an apartment through a door or window and then took property from within. These burglaries have occurred in the general geographical locations listed below:

6500 block of south Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. on May 12, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. (Parkway Gardens)
•
6400 block of south Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. on May 17, 2026 between 2:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. (Parkway Gardens)
OFFENDER DESCRIPTION
•
The two offenders were described as African-American males wearing black hooded sweatshirts.
WHAT YOU CAN DO

Keep the perimeter of your property well lit
•
Report suspicious activity immediately
•
Keep doors and windows secured
•
Immediately repair any broken windows, doors, or locks
•
If video surveillance is available, save and make a copy of the incident for investigating detectives
•
If you are a victim do not touch anything, call police immediately
•

SOBRE EL DELITO – ROBOS
Esta alerta informa sobre recientes robos ocurridos en el vecindario de Parkway Gardens, dentro del distrito 003 (Grand Crossing).
En los incidentes que se describen a continuación, dos delincuentes desconocidos entraron en un apartamento por una puerta o ventana y sustrajeron objetos del interior. Estos robos ocurrieron en las siguientes zonas geográficas:

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL DELINCUENTE
•
Los dos delincuentes fueron descritos como hombres afroamericanos que vestían sudaderas negras con capucha.
